Often these symptoms are precursors to disease, and you can reverse-course if the offending factors are taken away.

I'm Kelli, integrative nutrition health coach and certified personal trainer. I've been fortunate enough to see again and again people's ability to self-correct when it comes to their health. Using lifestyle interventions and best practices, you can eliminate symptoms and begin to heal all sorts of frustrating conditions from digestive issues to autoimmunity to stubborn weight and mobility limitations. The truth is, your body wants to heal. It just needs a chance.
I'm a foodie, who's committed to making nutritious food taste delicious. I'm also passionate about maintaining mobility, so you can feel good and continue to do what you love to do in your body. I may not be hugging this tree, but I would if I could wrap my arms around it. I care about the environment and believe there's an intimate connection between the health of this planet and the health of its inhabitants. Big bulldog-lover, part smart-ass, I'm very analytical and I'm committed to what I consider to be the three main facets of health: nutrition, movement and self-care.
